Car preparation includes the following steps:
- welding, strengthen the body and safety cage assembly (TIG method)
- chassis painting
- installation of sport parts (electric line, fuel line, suspension system, brake system etc.)
- assembly interior parts (carbon and kevlar)
- safety equipment installation (such as rally seats, belts and many more)
- the engine controller and differential controller (according to individual customer needs)

In the build of rally cars we using part only from renowned companies such as:
ExtremeTech, Ralliart, Lico, Toora, MoTeC, Hjs, Hks, KronTec, Brembo, Kaps, Merin itd.

CARS BUILDING:

Our company offers professional chassis preparation for sports car:
- cleaning of body mass and maintenance
- decrease chassis weight
- strengthening the suspension attachment points and welding all chassis
- assembly homologated safety cage (welding using TIG method)

CHASSIS REPAIR:

We specialize in chassis reparation in rally cars after accident.

ENGINES PREPARATION:

Rallytechnology offer professional preparation of sport engines. Engines are prepared according to specifications Group A and N or for individual customer's order.
