The fastest rally cars and the best drivers from all over Poland warmed up again the chilly December Warsaw during the Barbórka Rally, which this weekend took place for the fifty-fifth time. The Rallytechnology crews may be very happy with their performance in this fabled event - on all five special stages they showed a very good pace, and the real icing on the cake was, of course, the ride on Karowa street.

During the Warsaw classic, Tomasz Gryc and Michał Kuśnierz decided to make fun for themselves and their fans by getting into their Ford Fiesta R5 for the second time in their career. Despite little experience in this car, the Polish champions had a great pace on the rally track. Competing against rivals in much stronger cars, they finished in a fantastic ninth place, and with the same result completed the spinning around barrels on Karowa Street.

A real treat for the fans was also the ride by Marek Dudziński and Daniel Dymurski. The Rallytechnology crew used the iconic Subaru Impreza version 22B STi, which reminded the rally fans how the cars that started in the World Rally Championship 20 years ago looked like. With their fabled car, they finished in the top 20 of the rally.

Robert Gabryszewski, Rallytechnology team manager: So now, another season has become history. The season was very successful for us and it has been a lot of hard work. It was full of great moments, such as victories in rallies or winning championships. At the end, we took part in the Barbórka Rally, a great rally event with an absolutely unique atmosphere. Karowa is a magical place and I am glad that we could see our crews there. Now it's time for a moment of rest, which the whole team deserves – our successes during the whole year have been possible thanks to efforts of many people, now I wish to thank them all very much!
