The upcoming weekend promises to be really exciting for fans of rally competition. For the thirteenth time, the Memorial of Janusz Kulig and Marian Bublewicz will take place in Wieliczka, and on Sunday, the Tarmac Masters 2019 will be inaugurated in Lower Silesia. An event based in Nowa Ruda (Kłodzko poviat) will be an important point on the list of Rallytechnology team’s preparations for the new season. The Rybnik company will bring Ford Fiesta R5 for the duo Sylwester Płachytka / Jacek Nowaczewski. The driver from Kłodzko returns to the stages of Polish Rally Championships this season but it is in the first round of the Tarmac Masters that he will debut in a new car in front of Polish fans. It will also be his first start in the car R5 on asphalt surface. The crew will start competing as the first one from the starting list containing an impressive number of more than 140 participants.

The route consists of a total of six trials played in three loops (OS Bieganów - 4.7 km and OS Jugów - 5.4 km). The total distance is nearly 30.5 km.

Robert Gabryszewski (Rallytechnology team manager): "We are very happy because of Sylwester and Jacek’s come back, not only to the Rallytechnology tents, but above all to regular racing. In 2014 they won the vice-championship of Poland in Class 6 in Peugeot 208 R2, and now we will support them in their debut in the strongest class of RSMP. The season promises to be really impressive, with many strong crews, so we try to prepare best we can. We keep working , and have already completed a few days of tests. The next point will be a “real fight” test. In November last year, the guys presented a great pace on the gravel sections of Lausitz Rally, so now we cannot wait to the start in Świdnicki Rally. I am sure that the Płachytek / Nowaczewski duo will fight for an excellent result.
