RALLYTECHNOLOGY ADVANCES!

A big step forward – in such words one can sum up the performance of Rallytechnology team at Rally di Roma Capitale. During the Italian round of Europe Championship Łukasz Habaj with Daniel Dymurski and Dariusz Poloński with Balbina Gryczyńska won an impressive amount of points, which brought the team of Rybnik to the top 10 of the best European teams. You will not need to wait long for a chance to keep up the great pass – the Wisła Rally starts already this weekend!

Rally di Roma Capitale was a big unknown for everyone as it was the first round of Europe Championship. Habaj with Dymurski did great in those conditions, finishing on the seventh position in the general classification. This way the crew of Ford Fiesta R5 proved that they feel better and better on the European tracks and that they can fight for even better results.

Dariusz Poloński with Balbina Gryczyńska can also speak of a positive performance. For them this was the first start since their serious accident during Rzeszowski Rally. As it turned out, the Rallytechnology team quickly regained their confidence and bravely fought in the ERC 3 class. They eventually finished fifth in the rankings, ahead of them were only the crews fighting for the championship title, including the factory-sponsored crews.

In the 63rd Wisła Rally, we will find as many as four Rallytechnology crews among the signed-up competitors. Tomasz Gryc and Michał Kuśnierz – the current leaders of the fourth class – want to prepare well to the final two rounds of the Polish championship. Their start in Wisła will be a training for this crew, but still they are the favorites to win in the Open 2WD class.

Przemysław Lizończyk with Zbigniew Cieślar – the winners of Zamkowy Rally in the Open 2WD class – will want to thwart their plans. As usually, we can expect a good tempo from Robert Mąsior and Łukasz Bobrowski, who were at the podium last year in Wisła in the R2B class! Marek Dudziński and Daniel Dymurski will preent their Subaru in the Guest 4WD class. They will have three strong opponents in Wisła Rally.

Robert Gabryszewski, Rallytechnology team manager: Rally di Roma Capitale is the quintessence of Italian rallies. The stages there were very curvy, narrow and tricky. This can in no way be compared to the Polish special stages, therefore we are even more satisfied with the great results of Łukasz and Daniel as well as Darek and Balbina. During this rally we have won as many as 20 points, which brought us into the TOP 10 of the best ERC teams! Now we are already focusing on the fabled Wisła Rally, where we will be supporting four crews – three in the Guest 2WD class and one in the 4WD Guest class. It is an interesting rally to come!

The start of the 63rd Edition of the Wisła Rally is scheduled for Saturday morning. On the same day, already at 8:45 the competitors will start at the Koniaków stage, which is more than six kilometers long. Then the crews will face it twice more. The competition will also take place on the sections of Kiczor (8.24 km) and Kozińce (2.74 km). The first crew is expected at the finish line of the rally around 17:11.
